Running since 1936 and now into its third or fourth generation of the same family, Ho Seng Kee makes its own egg noodles daily from duck and chicken eggs, no shortcuts. The gourmet wanton mee, topped with lean char siew and meat dumplings, is the reason people still cross town for it.
