Started forty years ago by Ah Yong and his sister as a pushcart at the old Lido beach, this stall moved with the crowd to Tepian Tebrau and never lost its following. The stingray comes half-buried in crushed ice until it hits the grill, and the sambal is what people keep coming back for.
