Running from the same corner of Jalan Trus and Jalan Dhoby since 1946, Hua Mui keeps its original tiles, wooden panels and ceiling fans while serving what many call JB's original Hainanese chicken chop. It has since grown into a wider chain, but this is the shop that started it.
